What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding service to customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Have outbound call goals like that of a telemarketer.
- Answer questions about policies, billing, claims, and coverage while providing clear, accurate information.
- Process policy changes and assist customers with their insurance needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to help customers better protect their families, homes, vehicles, and businesses.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure every issue is resolved promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional customer experience every day.
What We're Looking For

- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
- A candidate who either has their Property & Casualty license already or can get it within 30 days.
